I have always had an amazing experience here and i really appreciate how kind and helpful they really are. They were super fast with the oil change and could get it done as soon as I got there. Thank goodness that they dont require appointments!

We came into the shop because of a damaged tire. Service Manager Donavan Lamb was stunned the tire had not blown which could have resulted in an accident. He realized that his store did not carry our rim 13 size and did not feel it safe for us to drive to another shop so he took the lead to call another tire shop and offered to drive me there in his personal vehichle to obtain a tire. Aside for showing compassion for our situation, my wife and 6 year old granddaughter were in the car, he did what was morally right by helping us safely continue on our trip. I cannot attest to Firestone per se but I can confidently say Service manager Donavon Lamb is a stellar ambassador for Firrstone and an even a better person for his kindness and compassion he showed to a distressed family in need.

Highly recommend going to this shop. I was on my way for a road trip with my family. My tundra brakes caliber had issue. I stopped by since it was the nearest shop on my way. Dominic took care of me and had great customer service. He took care of my caliber and I was able to continue my road trips with my family. This is a emergency situation either get it fix or if i cant I have to tow my car back which is a far distance since im already on the road. Overall im please and really thankful for Dominic support.

Got a Pre-Purchase Inspection done and they were amazing. Even though they were busy they still fitted me in and did a very thorough job. They caught a big problem and saved me thousands for the little charge of 10.99 for the full inspection. The front desk people were super knowledgeable and very helpful to understand how stuff worked and explained a lot. Awesome staffing and pricing.

Can't thank Ray and Brandon from the Olympia location. Although they were very busy and down 3 out of their 4 bays, they were extremely helpful and took care of my flat tire really fast and contacted me as they got through the job. This kind of service is the reason I will continue to come to this location and recommend it to all my friends and family. If you want great, friendly and professional help, come see them! Thanks Brandon, Ray and the whole crew.
